It is important to note that proper aftercare will extended the longevity of your brows. Fading is a common factor that result from heavy sun exposure and exfoliation.

What Can I Expect After Receiving My Treatment?

Why Do I Need A Touch Up Appointment?

A touch-up appointment is required for the finishing touches, color adjustments or  adjustment to hair strokes. It finalizes the shape of your brow and fixes any strokes that didn’t heal well. Pigment heals differently for everyone, and this second session allows for color and shape correction. Microblading is a two step procedure. Your procedure has not been completed until you have your second session appointment. This session is included in your initial appointment.

In the days following your treatment you may experience tightness and itching, which is absolutely normal. Make sure not to scratch any part of your brows since the hair strokes are very fine and may rub off easily which most likely will result in rubbing off the pigment.

I’m Pregnant Or Nursing, Can I Get My Brows Microbladed?

No, unfortunately you cannot receive microblading, since there is a risk for infection that can be transmitted to your baby.

What Will My Brows Look Like After?

After your appointment, your brows will appear to have crisp new hairs. Redness is common immediately after the appointment. Redness will fade within a few hours. As you heal, the crisp lines lightly blur into slightly thicker lines. They will also appear darker in the beginning and slowly fade within the first weeks after healing. Hair strokes fade approximately 10-30% after they heal.

Why Is Aftercare Essential?

Aftercare is truly essential and crucial to follow after microblading. Aftercare will extend the lifespan of your brows if done properly. Proper aftercare will maintain the appearance of your eyebrows. Please do not let any water, oils, soap or makeup get in contact with your brows in the following days after your procedure.
