Aftercare instructions are provided to achieve optimal results, but there is no guarantee made as we have no control over what happens during the healing process.
 
Please note children are not allowed to attend your appointment for safety reasons.

No guests are allowed. 

Prior permanent makeup must be approved. If you have ever had permanent makeup before you must let Flawless Symmetry know prior to booking. 

Previous work that is light enough for microblading by Flawless Symmetry will be treated as a new service.
 
 
A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK A PERMANENT MAKEUP APPOINTMENT, PLASMA LIFT TREATMENT, OR BB GLOW. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

All appointments require a deposit to secure a booking that goes towards your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferable to reschedule an appointment if a notice of 48 hours prior to initial appointment is given. Only ONE time rescheduling is allowed. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit. 
 
Please double check that all of your contact info is correct when booking, so you can receive the proper notifications. We are flexible with rescheduling as long as it’s done within 48 hours prior to the appointment
